Nalini Thite
Co-Founder & Director
A decade long experience in engaging and managing community organizations (like Indian Women's Association Singapore and Maharashtra Mandal Singapore), and an inclination towards social causes, led Nalini to co-found Big At Heart.
She aims to use her social connects, dedication, attention to details, answer-ability and leadership skills to make this cause run in an optimal manner, in turn ensuring each giving experience is a hassle free, fulfilling and joyous one for the givers.
Asmita Tadwalkar

The urge to make a difference and natural inclination towards social cause drove Asmita to co-found Big At Heart. An entrepreneur by profession, she likes to deal with issue head-on and believes in finding solutions for the same. It is this quality coupled with leadership skills which she aims to bring to the team.
As a co-founder, she would like to invest herself in finding the right causes to support along with ensuing accountability and transparency for the givers
Smita Ambike
Director & Finance
Smita has been associated with non-profit organizations like Maharashtra Mandal Singapore as a volunteer and office bearer for past 25 years.
Smita wants to be associated with Big-At-Heart team with sole purpose of giving back to the community and helping the underprivileged. She aims to use her social contacts, accounting skills and dedication to this cause
Jyoti Joshi

Being a human has always posed a question to Jyoti, “how can I contribute to improve the lives of the less fortunate?”
Life has shown her hard times but there were always some great people who stood by her and helped her reach where she is today. She feels it is her duty to pass it forward.

She always had the hunger of doing something for the less privileged; hence here at ‘Big at Heart’, she hopes to make a difference and influence others to make a difference as well.
